A small sailboat was built by my Italian
teacher, Daniela, following my verbal instructions (many of them
consisting of No, no, no. Non così. ). I designed the
boat on the fly, so it is not that complicated a
construction. |

sports car- A sports car with a V8 engine from the 6543 set.
Antique
racing car- Racing car from 1925 or thereabouts.
BAe
146 clone- This two engine freight jet is inspired by the BAe 146 used for most
passenger flights from the Faroe Islands.
Colibri- A two engine jet modelled on Sal Colibri from the Yoko Tsuno
stories.
Hangar
with Colibri- Airport scene with Colibri parked in a hangar. This model was put
together to demonstrate some concepts in testing of 3D displays.
Pack
of small purists' fighters- A pack of small planes built only out of 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4
pieces.
Wave
Surfer- Wave surfing plane built only out of 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4 bricks, LEGO
Purists style.
The
ferry Brakzand II- Modelled after the car ferry Brakzand II from a story in the Dutch
comic Franka.
Sailboat

house- A traditional Faroese boat house.
Rowing
boat- A "studs not on top" (SNOT) rowing boat inspired by a LEGO
exhibition.
R/W
Complexity- Complexity is actually a live space warper. It has been outfitted to
host up to six crewmembers on deep space research missions. Although
space warpers have not developed for ground-side life, they can operate
in low-gradient potential wells. It is the red worm-like part of the
space warper that folds space to control the acceleration of the
"ship".
R/W
Complexity Crew- The crew of R/W Complexity consists of (from left to right): The
Non-Boss (who insists that the work gets done much better without a
boss), the Folder (who knows quite a bit about the genes and proteins of
space warpers), Old Waves (who can measure any kind of waves you can find
in space or planet-side), Mr. Intermittency (where is he right now?), The
Sink (has anybody else measured polygons around black holes?) and Mr.
Blue (who keeps the equipment running).

Ryu- The space ship Ryu was actually built to be used as a small ship
based on Excalibur (which hasn't been built yet), but it grew quite
large. Maybe Excalibur will just have to be larger as well. I grabbed the
name from Yoko Tsuno.

I have manipulated the latest Datsville MPD file to make it work with
LDGLite. I hope it doesn't have a negative impact on how other LDraw
renderers handles it.
